Refund Policy:
For a full refund, a written cancellation notice must be received 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be given thereafter. No refunds will be given for registrations completed within 72 hours of the scheduled event. Please use the Contact Us form to submit your cancellation notice. Should you want to receive a credit instead of a refund to be applied towards any of our services or future events, this needs to be used within the following six (6) months.
Additionally for Multiple Registrations: If you have registered for two (2) or more events, and need to cancel one or more of your registrations, you will receive your refund minus any discounts applied. If you are requesting to be partially refunded because you can not attend one of the events you registered for, the discount(s) will be applied to your partial refund.
Should an event be canceled by us, participants have a choice of receiving a full refund or a credit (minus discount(s) applied) applicable towards any of our services or future events.
