What is your approach?

In a nutshell:

  1. We help clients figure out why they are stuck in their current situation and how they got there
  2. We help them identify their stuck pattern (their dynamics) - how they operate as a couple that is not working for them
  3. We facilitate in changing this dynamics by building skills, providing tools, and by giving tons of relationship information, tips and resources

First Session:

Client(s) meet with their assigned clinician to discuss their concern and establish working goals to guide treatment.

On-Going Sessions:

The Clinician works in collaboration with the client(s) to create and maintain change. Our clinicians have an educational, interactive, respectful, supportive and empathic approach that creates safety and intimacy.
